Innovative Facilitator Training Program in Collaboration with Unione Italiana and Istria Creative Incubator

In partnership with Unione Italiana and the Istria Creative Incubator, SOLIS SRL proudly announces the launch of the cutting-edge training course "Facilitation Training: Fertilizer for Facilitators." Scheduled from May 13, 2024, to May 17, 2024, the program will be held at the innovative Istria Creative Incubator, TPC Center of Santa Lucia in Portorož, Slovenia.

As a key initiative within the broader European framework funded by the Erasmus+ program, this program aims to enhance digital and creative skills among facilitators to further adult social inclusion. Supported by the European Union's grant 2023-1-IT02-KA122-ADU-000143524, and the additional support of FUTOUR di Paolo Mario Remo Martinez, this training is designed to provide facilitators with the necessary tools and skills to thrive in the dynamic educational landscape.


Program Details and Objectives:

The "Facilitation Training: Fertilizer for Facilitators" spans five days and is expertly designed by Drs. Jan Lelie and Yuen Yen Tsai from Mind@work VOF. This program will broaden the participants' facilitation capabilities using both traditional and digital methods.

The key objectives of the training are:

-        Adapting to diverse and ever-changing educational settings.

-        Advancing digital facilitation skills to enhance collaboration and learning.

-        Fostering an ethos of continuous innovation and flexibility in educational methods.


Training Highlights:

-        In-depth discussion on the CPF Framework which delineates the six core competencies of facilitation.

-        Practical digital facilitation sessions to enhance proficiency with online tools.

-        A final professional development segment allowing participants to map out their future educational paths, capped by a certification ceremony.


 The trainers from Mind@work VOF are accredited facilitators of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), ensuring high standards and professional expertise in the delivery of the training program.


-        Jan Lelie, MBA, MSc, CPF | Master: Jan is a co-founder of IAF-Nederland and brings over 25 years of rich experience in facilitation, quality management, innovation, and training. His expertise spans both national and international settings, making him a valuable leader in the field of facilitation. For more details on Jan's professional background

-        Yuen Yen Tsai  has a solid decade of experience with the national government of The Netherlands and has significantly contributed as a serious game consultant. She specializes in designing and implementing digital games that enhance and support complex learning journeys, blending creativity with practical facilitation skills.

The Istria Creative Incubator, renowned for its dedication to fostering creativity and innovation, serves as the ideal backdrop for this program. This collaborative effort with the Unione Italiana underscores a mutual commitment to enhancing educational methodologies.
