Fertilizer for Facilitators.
Building Foundations for Future Facilitators Guideline

This resource offers a comprehensive guide to building foundational skills for facilitators, emphasizing digital creativity and innovative methodologies. It includes practical tools, techniques, and reflections designed to support facilitators in leading change and fostering social engagement through creative and digital facilitation. This guide is based on the material from "Fertilizer for Facilitators," authored by Drs. Jan Lelie, has over 30 years of experience in facilitating in many different (and international) situations.
The guide introduces facilitators to various frameworks for understanding and guiding change, including McWhinney's "Paths of Change" model, which outlines different modes of perception and interaction within groups. It emphasizes the importance of recognizing and navigating paradoxes within group settings and provides practical strategies for facilitators to harness these tensions productively.
