My participation in the Erasmus+ project, "Creative and Digital Skills for Artistic Facilitators," has been a transformative experience. Organized by SOLIS SRLS and hosted by INK Formación S.L. in Valencia, this project aimed to improve our English language skills and integrate digital creative tools into our training activities.
The primary objective of this mobility was to enhance our digital English communication skills. During our stay, we developed competencies in English communication, both written and oral, in a digital context. We learned to use digital creative tools in English and to convey ideas effectively in a digital environment. The importance of intercultural competence was also emphasized, allowing us to adapt to various cultural contexts using English.
To achieve these objectives, we participated in several activities and tasks. We conducted a needs analysis and proposal development focused on enhancing our English skills for integration with digital creative tools. We collaborated with local, national, and international actors, highlighting the importance of English proficiency in these collaborative efforts. Additionally, we trained in integrating digital tools into ordinary teaching and participated in social inclusion projects, using our English skills to engage vulnerable populations.
Key outcomes of this experience include significant improvement in our digital English skills and a greater capacity to design and implement innovative training activities using digital tools. Furthermore, we strengthened our partnerships with various stakeholders to support social inclusion projects. The immersive environment provided by INK Formación S.L. was crucial in achieving our learning objectives. Interactions with other participants from diverse backgrounds enriched my understanding and application of digital creative tools.
The Erasmus+ mobility experience has significantly contributed to my professional development. It has equipped me with essential skills to integrate digital creativity into my work, promoting social inclusion and cultural participation.
